In 2002, professional pool players founded The United States Professional Poolplayers Association to represent the ideal in the sport of pocket billiards in the United States. Recognized as the governing body of men’s professional pool by the Billiard Congress of America, the UPA brand is positioned well for the future as the standard bearer for the evolution of the sport, adopting the motto: Evolve Your Game.
